Units with aesthetic decor.

The setting was marvellous, very close to decent restaurants, city center and shops. Also, it was near Terreno Expoferia.

The units have a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, which was perfect for our family as we could prepare our own meals and save money. Some units include a patio or balcony with beautiful views, allowing us to relax and enjoy the city or pool/garden scenery. Each unit comes with a private bathroom with a hairdryer, ensuring convenience and comfort during our stay. The apartment/studio also features additional amenities like a microwave, toaster, and flat-screen TV, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Personally, I felt that the showers in the private bathrooms could have been more spacious, but this is just my opinion and others might still find them satisfactory.

Everything was spotless, amazing location just off the main streets where all the bars are, bars abs restaurants and cafes and restaurants, helpful staff. Had stunning, fashionable room with all the amenities, aesthetic decor, for example.

the room was too bright at night due to the hallway lights, so I recommend bringing a sleeping mask if you're sensitive to light. These two issues aside, my overall experience was positive.

The staff members were incredibly nice and amicable and suggested local places. The hotel was set in a central area just off all the bars are. And it was just a pleasant stroll away from La parrillada grill, ate there couple of times.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ujo Condo Boutique. The staff was friendly and the vibe there was special. The swimming pool was a nice addition to the experience. The location in Tulum was great, being close to all the restaurants and the town center.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the city center and all the restaurants and shops. It was further away from the beach, but that didn't bother us as we wanted to explore the city more. The room was beautifully designed and had a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer. The daily housekeeping was a nice touch, keeping our room neat and tidy.

The soundproofing in the hotel was minimal, and we could hear everything happening around us. It wasn't a major issue for us, but if you are a light sleeper, it might be a good idea to bring earplugs.
